We have an exciting new role for a full-time Operations & Sustainability Coordinator primarily based in our offices in the heart of Wimbledon, this is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to develop the skills required to move into the operations of the events world. We are based in SW19 but design, build and install corporate and private events worldwide.

The role will focus on the operations of the day to day runnings of the company including following Health & safety rules and regulations, supporting teams with IT, research within sustainable operations practices, H&S spot checks, producing stock intake and lists, work with all teams to reduce carbon emissions and work with external companies to relocate products back into the circler economy.    

Your experience and ability to multi-task with a high level of organisation and attention to detail will enable you to cover the following.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with suppliers, and service providers to confirm arrangements.
• Support inventory management and procurement of materials/equipment
• Maintaining documentation such as contracts, floor plans, permits, and landlord agreements 
• Maintaining databases, schedules, checklists, and H&S documentation. Including RAMS, H&S training, and H&S logs.
• Conducting real-time H&S spot checks and respond to any incidents appropriately.
• Collaborate with the wider team to implement IT-based solutions for operational efficiency and data reporting.
• Supporting with IT including day to day help and long term projects including security and data protection and privacy
• Contributing to ongoing improvement of sustainable operations practices, such as reducing paperwork, reducing single-use materials, and promoting eco-friendly alternatives.
• Working with Production managers, production coordinators and external suppliers to sustainably relocate used sets back into the circler economy
• Working with the construction team on IT, H&S and operations efficiency
